The Meridian Jazz Orchestra (MJO) a high-level, 17-piece community jazz orchestra made up of volunteer musicians dedicated to performing the best of jazz ensemble repertoire! Based in Port Coquitlam, B.C. Canada, the band was created by long-time Band Leader/Musical Director, Mr. Bruce James.

Formed to address the dearth of available positions in local jazz ensembles, this group will help to give Tri-Cities (and beyond) musicians a place to practice their craft, and create community through music.
